Text Box: Federal Programs monitors the Johnson O’Malley Contract Funds from the Federal government to supplement programs identified by the Indian Education Committee. *P.L. 93-638 By encouraging a continuous and positive partnership through mutual respect, the Dulce Indian Education Committee supports the learning requirements of all Native American Indian children attending the Dulce Independent Schools through supplemental Federal Program funding.
